Our partners at Janada Batchalor Foundation are based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Chris Gates had a desire to care for the orphan girls in Tanzania since he visited there as a teenager with his grandmother. Today, his orphan home cares for 43 orphan girls, providing education, medical care, and day-to-day nutritional needs in a family environment. The girls are part of a family and help with daily chores to help with the home’s sustainability.

We continue to help fund projects that make a difference in the lives of the girls. We’ve helped tile the dining hall, build a chicken coop, and, most recently, funded a shed, updates to the kitchen, and more. It brings great joy to work alongside our partners and donors building safety, shelter, and sustainability on behalf of the orphans.
