Halo Foundation supports The Gulu Girls Home in Uganda. The home has been experiencing safety issues with break-in’s because there is currently no security wall or fence around the property and it is in an area with some safety concerns. The Uganda Programs Manager, gathered two quotes from contractors to ensure the most competitive and reliable construction for the wall. The manager lives onsite to oversee construction.
